Improvements Coming to Breen Street This Summer
Weโre excited to share two major updates that will enhance both transportation and recreation in our community!
๐ง Breen Street Road Repaving Project
This summer, Breen Street will be repaved as part of a collaborative effort between the City of Kingsford, Dickinson County Road Commission, Breitung Township. The project will cover the stretch from Carpenter Avenue to South Van Buren Street.
๐ Breitung Townshipโs portion of the project runs from Woodbine Street to South Van Buren Street.

๐ถโโ๏ธ New Walking Path Along Breen Street
In addition to the road improvements, weโre thrilled to announce the construction of a new walking path along Breen Street! This scenic path will provide a safe and enjoyable space for walking, jogging, and connecting with neighbors.

The walking path will be built along the right of way on Breen Street. While some construction activity is expected, we are committed to minimizing any inconvenience to nearby residents.
